Reflections on ethics

Our values have long served as the foundation of our success, and they will continue guiding us as we grow together and reach even greater heights.

It has often been said that a picture is worth a thousand words—and the images from Ethics Week 2025 bring that truth to life. One image, in particular, captured the spirit of ethics at Eaton. In Pondicherry, India, hundreds of employees came together to spell out the words “We own ethics.” The resulting aerial image made visible what we believe at our core: when we unite around our shared values, the impact is profound—and unmistakable.
